Case Study: Otuvy

Otuvy, Inc.℠ (fka CleanTelligent Software) is the industry-leading quality management software used by thousands of contracted service teams and in-house service providers. With approximately 50 employees based in Utah, the team at Otuvy created a powerful, digital solution to more effectively complete a service company’s most crucial operational tasks. To date, Otuvy has been trusted by some of the world’s most successful service teams for 20 years.

The Problem 

CleanTelligent (now Otuvy) was using Zoho, but were a little unsure of how to leverage it for their business. They were confused about how to best use the Leads module. They used Zoho subscriptions, but there was no automation surrounding it and they didn’t have clear reporting. Also, subscriptions data was not available in the CRM for their sales people to see. In general, they needed guidance on how they could leverage it as a tool that actually makes them more money.

The Solution

We came in and immediately solved some problems via development, consolidating all of their lead qualification, generation, and sales processes within the Contacts and Deals modules. We helped them clean up all of their data, including a fair amount of deduplication, in the Leads module.

Additionally, we gave them much better subscriptions reporting by creating an integration which also allowed them to see live subscriptions data within the CRM account records. We helped optimize some of their online forms and streamline the process for signing up for a new Otuvy subscription via Zoho Forms, which integrated with subscriptions in their payment platform.

Concurrently with all that development, we trained their marketing specialist on Zoho so that he could now act as their Zoho Admin and manage all of the day today questions and queries regarding the software. He helped plan and implement the sales process and is now working on additional analytics work for the company. Not only do we like to build stellar software systems for businesses, we help them cultivate in-house talent to maintain them.

The Outcome

Otuvy keeps growing! We helped them launch a new product and fit it within their CRM set up. They have fewer and fewer questions for us as time goes on, showing that the money they put into their admin’s training is really paying off. Overall, they are more and more independent within the Zoho space and have better reporting, enabling them to make better decisions on where to focus their efforts.
