Tracks & Trails offers complete, personalized vacation planning services for RV camping trips to National Parks located within the Western United States and Canada. With a team of less than 50 employees based in Colorado, they’ve been helping families spend quality time together outdoors while they explore National Parks and other natural places since 1998.
Tracks and Trails has successfully run for many years, but much of their process was manual and split across many different tools (HubSpot, InvoiceNinja, spreadsheets, etc.). This resulted in a lack of optimization across various points of the customer lifecycle.
We built a full top-to-bottom automated customer lifecycle.
Client intake through Zoho Forms
Zoho CRM for managing the sales pipeline, including complicated associations to finite vacation inventory.
Zoho Creator for gathering a ton of complicated info for onboarding a new vacation
Zoho Creator as a CPQ for building a complicated set of invoices (five separate categories of line items, three separate down payments spread across 300+ days)
Zoho Books as the invoice automation and payment gathering tool (including credit card and ACH)
Included in this was a US Department of Labor-sponsored program to do heavy training of one Tracks & Trails internal admin to be able to maintain and administrate everything we built.
The business is now automated, and the owner (Dan Wulfman) now spends far less time dealing with day-to-day hassle as most information is processed faster than ever before with the minimization of human error.
